Exchange Policy
At MAK COFFEE AND TEA, we are committed to delivering quality products and a great experience. Due to the nature of our products, our exchange policy is as follows:
1. No Exchange on Prepared Beverages
- All drinks and freshly prepared items are non-exchangeable once served or delivered.
2. Eligible Exchange Conditions
- Exchanges are only applicable if:
- You receive the wrong item, or
- The product is damaged or compromised during delivery.
3. Reporting an Issue
- Customers must report any issue within 10 minutes of receiving the order.
- Please share clear photo or video proof to help us review the concern quickly.
4. Exchange Process
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement of the same item at no additional cost.
- Exchange will be processed as quickly as possible, depending on availability.
5. Non-Eligible Cases
- Change of mind after ordering.
- Taste preferences or personal dislike.
- Delay in reporting the issue beyond the allowed time.
