Exchange Policy

At MAK COFFEE AND TEA, we are committed to delivering quality products and a great experience. Due to the nature of our products, our exchange policy is as follows:

1. No Exchange on Prepared Beverages
  • All drinks and freshly prepared items are non-exchangeable once served or delivered.
2. Eligible Exchange Conditions
  • Exchanges are only applicable if:
    • You receive the wrong item, or
    • The product is damaged or compromised during delivery.
3. Reporting an Issue
  • Customers must report any issue within 10 minutes of receiving the order.
  • Please share clear photo or video proof to help us review the concern quickly.
4. Exchange Process
  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement of the same item at no additional cost.
  • Exchange will be processed as quickly as possible, depending on availability.
5. Non-Eligible Cases
  • Change of mind after ordering.
  • Taste preferences or personal dislike.
  • Delay in reporting the issue beyond the allowed time.
