• Once the order is confirmed and preparation has begun, cancellations will not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

• If a cancellation is successfully made within the allowed time, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. No Cancellation Conditions

• Orders that are already prepared, packed, or out for delivery cannot be cancelled.
• Custom or combo orders prepared specifically for you are non-cancellable once processing starts.
